What this tool does
Choose a size and generate horizontal slices for a sphere, dome, or orb-style structure. Layer views help you build from bottom to top without losing the shape halfway through.
3D Blueprint
Building a perfect sphere in Minecraft by hand is one of the hardest challenges in the game. Our 3D generator calculates the exact block positions for any diameter, hollow or filled, and shows you every layer with a live interactive viewport.
Whether you're building a giant dome base, a planetary decoration, or a pixel-art globe — this tool gives you a precise, layer-by-layer blueprint to follow in-game.
Step through every Y-level slice of your sphere one at a time. Copy the coordinate list for any individual layer directly, then build each floor exactly as shown — no more estimation.
A dome is just the top half of a sphere. Use the layer viewer to navigate to the midpoint, then build upward from there. Our tool shows you exactly which layers to use for a perfect semicircle dome.
Even diameters use a center-offset calculation rather than a simple midpoint, which avoids the lopsided block placement that other generators produce. The result is a symmetrical sphere that looks clean from every angle.
Yes. A dome is the top half of a sphere. Use the layer slider to navigate to the midpoint layer, then build from there upward. The block counts and positions are exact — just follow the highlighted blocks per layer.
Hollow generates only the outer shell — the minimum blocks needed to form the sphere shape. Filled generates every block inside the sphere as well, suitable for solid planetary builds or large decorative objects.
Click "Copy All 3D Coords" to get relative coordinates for every block in the structure. Paste these into a spreadsheet or use a fill/clone command sequence to place them in bulk on your server.
The generator can handle very large radii, but performance in the 3D viewer drops significantly above ~100 blocks diameter. For extremely large builds, use the layer-by-layer view and export coords layer by layer.
Build Blueprint
The sphere generator creates layer-by-layer Minecraft sphere blueprints so large round builds are easier to place in survival or creative mode.
Choose a size and generate horizontal slices for a sphere, dome, or orb-style structure. Layer views help you build from bottom to top without losing the shape halfway through.
Large spheres are easier with a central scaffold and labeled layers. Keep the blueprint open, finish one slice at a time, and check symmetry before moving upward.
Yes, but each layer has a different radius. The generator handles those radius changes for you.
Hollow is faster for decorative builds; solid is useful for terrain or sculpture work.
If something feels wrong, a Minecraft version is missing, the wording is confusing, or you have a better workflow idea, send it over. Real player feedback is how these tools get sharper.
