Privacy and Data Stewardship
Last updated: April 2026
At Minecraft Toolbox, we prioritize the privacy and digital autonomy of our users. We collect only the data necessary to provide a high-performance experience and maintain the stability of our creative suite.
Data Collection Standards
Browser-Side Processing — The majority of our tools, including the Armor Stand Studio and the Banner Designer, perform computations directly in your browser. Your creative data remains local to your device until you choose to generate a command or download an asset.
Server Logs — Like all professional web services, our servers automatically log standard diagnostic information, such as IP addresses, browser types, and access timestamps. This data is used exclusively for security monitoring and debugging, and it is automatically purged after a 30-day period.
Tool Analytics — We utilize privacy-conscious, anonymous analytics to monitor the performance of our tools. This helps us identify which studios are most popular and where technical optimizations are needed. No personally identifiable information is tracked through this process.
User-Generated Content — If you utilize features that involve sharing content to a public gallery or database, that specific content becomes part of our public directory. You retain the rights to the creative designs you produce.
Cookies and Storage
We use minimal cookies for essential site functionality, such as maintaining preferences and security sessions in the administrative dashboard. We do not engage in invasive cross-site tracking.
Third-party services, such as Google AdSense, may utilize cookies to serve relevant advertisements. You have the right to manage your ad preferences through your browser settings or third-party opt-out tools.
Data Integrity
We do not trade, sell, or disclose user data to third parties. Our business model is supported through transparent on-site advertising, allowing us to keep our toolset free without compromising user privacy.
Compliance and Rights
If you have any questions regarding your data or wish to request the removal of content you have submitted to our public directories, please contact us at admin@mctoolbox.net. We are committed to responding to all data-related inquiries with transparency and speed.
