DMCA Policy

MC Toolbox respects the intellectual property rights of creators within the Minecraft community. If you believe that any content hosted on our platform such as custom banner designs, armor stand configurations, or unique command-generated assets—infringes upon your original creative work, you may submit a formal takedown request.

Scope of Intellectual Property Protection

A valid infringement claim applies to original, creative assets that have been reproduced on our site without authorization. This includes unique 3D configurations or complex visual designs created by you.

We do not process takedown requests for:

  • Standard Minecraft game assets, textures, or items owned by Mojang/Microsoft.
  • Common command strings, basic redstone logic, or generic game mechanics that are functional rather than creative.
  • Public domain designs or assets that have been widely circulated in the community for years.
  • Mathematical formulas or coordinate data generated by our calculators.

Filing a Takedown Notice

To file a notice of infringement, please email our legal compliance team at admin@mctoolbox.net with the subject line "DMCA Compliance Notice". Your email must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. The exact URL(s) on mctoolbox.net where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  3. Your full legal name, physical address, and primary email address.
  4. A statement that you have a "good faith belief" that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent of the copyright.

The Review Process

Once a complete and valid notice is received, our team will investigate and, if necessary, remove or disable access to the infringing material within 3 to 5 business days. We will notify the user who provided the content of the removal. If the content provider believes the removal was an error, they may submit a counter-notification.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If your content was removed and you believe this was due to a mistake or misidentification, please send a "Counter-Notice" to admin@mctoolbox.net. Include the original URL, your contact details, and a technical explanation of why you have the right to host that specific configuration or design.

Per DMCA guidelines, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the original complaining party notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking an order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.

Policy on Repeat Infringers

MC Toolbox maintains a strict policy regarding repeat offenders. Users or IP addresses found to be consistently uploading infringing technical assets will be permanently restricted from using our submission features.
