MC ToolboxMC TOOLBOX

DMCA Policy

MC Toolbox respects intellectual property rights. This page explains how copyright owners or authorized agents can report allegedly infringing content on mctoolbox.net.

Before filing a notice

Please make sure your claim is accurate. Some content may be used descriptively, may be user-provided, may be generated by a tool, may be licensed, or may qualify for another lawful use. If you are unsure, consider contacting a legal professional before sending a DMCA notice.

How to file a takedown request

Email [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include the following information:

  1. Your full legal name and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
  2. Your contact information, including an email address where you can receive responses.
  3. A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  4. The exact URL or location on MC Toolbox where the allegedly infringing content appears.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  7. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens after a notice

We review DMCA notices and may remove or restrict access to the identified content when a notice appears valid. We may also contact the sender for clarification if the request is incomplete or unclear.

We usually review notices within a reasonable period, but timing can vary depending on the complexity of the request, weekends, holidays, and whether more information is needed.

Counter notices

If content you own or submitted was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter notice to [email protected]. Your counter notice should identify the removed content, explain why you believe the removal was mistaken, include your contact information, and include any statements required by applicable law.

Repeat infringement

MC Toolbox may remove content, disable access, or restrict future submissions from users or sources that repeatedly infringe copyright or submit unlawful material.

Misrepresentation

Submitting false or misleading copyright claims can have legal consequences. Only send a DMCA notice if you believe in good faith that the content infringes your copyright.
